The Mighty Double Down is built for young families on a budget who want to get away with the kids without breaking the bank. It's easy to drive and the kitchen has everything you need for basic camping.

You'll have cold water only from the tap — no hot water system in this one. That's the main trade-off for the lower price point.

After a few days on the road, keeping the van tidy becomes essential. Empty the rubbish each night and keep things organised — you need that space to move around inside. Park in the shade when you can to reduce power consumption and keep the van cooler.

One thing to remember: always keep your keys with you when you step outside. Getting locked out is easier than you think when you're juggling kids and camping gear.

Luggage
