2012 sees the staging of the 21st Margaret River Wine Region Festival over 4 days after Easter from 13th - 16th April.
This celebration of the South West showcases not only the world famous Margaret River wine industry but also the lifestyle, arts, craft and cuisine of this corner of Australia.
There's plenty to see and do beyond Margaret River with a stunning coast line running down to the lighthouse at Cape Leeuwin where the Indian and Great Southern Oceans meet. Sublime deserted beaches you can have all to yourself back onto Jarrah and Karri Forests filled with some of the oldest and tallest trees in Australia. Visit Augusta, explore the Caves and you could even get lucky and see migrating whales. All this within a stone’s throw of the Margaret River Wine Festival.
A great way to take in the Wine Festival and explore the South West is with a Campervan. With many of today’s vehicles coming with all the mods cons including fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, flat screen TVs, double beds and plenty of room to stretch out in, there's no need to leave the comforts of home at home. Driving is surprisingly easy and there are plenty of holiday parks right across the region that offer powered sites for you to hook up in.
Explore the DriveNow website to learn more about the vehicles our partners offer in Perth and compare their rates to find the very best deal. You can book online with instant confirmation and if you have any questions or are looking for further information contact our Reservations team on 1300 547 214.
