How to Cancel Your Reservation
Cancel through the Modify My Booking link on your confirmation. Check the rental company's terms for any cancellation fee, and cancel any insurance separately.
How to cancel
To cancel your car hire booking, select "Modify My Booking" on your booking confirmation, then select "Cancel Reservation" and follow the prompts. You can also email your cancellation request to cars@drivenow.com.au.
If you made a booking by mistake or submitted it with the wrong details, contact our team for help.
Cancellation fees
Most car hire bookings are paid when you collect the car, and many have no cancellation fee. Cancellation fees differ between rental companies, so check the terms and conditions on the booking page for the fees that apply to your car.
Cancelling insurance
If you bought insurance on the booking page, you need to cancel it separately. Follow the steps in your insurance confirmation email to cancel it before your travel date.
Travel insurance
We recommend that all travellers consider comprehensive travel insurance. If you need documents from us for a claim, email cars@drivenow.com.au or contact the rental company directly.
