Understanding Your Booking Confirmation
At time of booking, your confirmation will be emailed, please remember to check both your inbox and junk mail and save the email in an easily accessible location for your pick up day. Your booking confirmation will list the below:
- Confirmation code
- Booking details
- Driver details
- Items required for pick-up
- Confirmed extras
- Special instructions
- Manage my booking
- Contact details for DriveNow’s Car hire team
Booking Details
The booking details area on your confirmation lists the vehicle group booked, depot locations and collection times. Underneath the vehicle group booked will be listed the transmission of the vehicles in this group and the allowed mileage for the duration of your hire.
Driver Details
Your name, contact number and flight number if one was entered at time of booking.
Items Required for Pick-up
This area will list the items you need to bring with you on the collection day. These items include but are not limited to a copy of your booking confirmation, your license, a physical credit card, passport or ID, an international driver permit or certified translation of your license if not in the local language.
Confirmed Extras
This section will show any items requested at time of booking for your reservation, Child seats, GPS, snow chains or additional drivers. These items are also able to be added directly at the depot upon pick-up subject to availability.
