How to Cancel your Reservation
To cancel your car reservation, click ”Modify My Booking” on your booking confirmation and then click “Cancel Reservation” and follow the prompt or email your cancellation request to cars@drivenow.com.au. If you have submitted your booking request incorrectly or without meaning to, please call +61730628484 for assistance over the phone.
Cancellation Fees
Most car hire reservations will be payable upon collection and not have cancellation fees however cancellation fees differ between each of our car providers, check the terms and conditions provided on the booking page for applicable cancellation fees of your selected vehicle.
Cancellation Notes
If you have purchased insurance via the booking page, this will need to be cancelled separately. Follow the steps listed on your insurance confirmation email to cancel this prior to your travel date.
Travel Insurance
It is recommended all travellers consider purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy. If you need any documentation provided for a claim, please email cars@drivenow.com.au or contact your vehicle provider directly for assistance.
