Long Term Car Leasing in Europe

Car hire options for multi-Country travel in mainland Europe can have limited options and be expensive for longer duration European travel.  

A great option for a long term vehicle in mainland Europe is the Car-2-Europe program. With the Car-2-Europe program, a brand-new, tax-free vehicle will be registered and insured in your name. These vehicles are generally a cheaper option for a long term hire and allow one way travel between their available locations.

Car-2-Europe Requirements 

To qualify for a Car-2-Europe lease, all drivers must: 

  • Reside outside of the European Union 
  • Stay in the European Union for no more than 175 days in any consecutive 12 month period 
  • Not carry out any paid activity during your stay (no working Visa's allowed) 
  • Must be an Australian resident 
  • Minimum age 18 years with a valid driver's licence 
  • All paperwork must be completed at least 6 weeks prior to collection 

Vehicle Types and Manufacturers 

Car-2-Europe vehicle options include Renault, Citroen, Peugeot and DS automobiles.
