Campervan providers generally allow the last pickup at 3.00pm. However, this will vary between different providers and the times may also be different on weekends and public holidays. The opening hours and camper branch address are listed on the DriveNow website in “Step 1 - Confirm Booking Details”. If you click on “+MORE – Show address, all the required information will be shown.
The vehicle can only be collected at the campervan branch as there is no option for delivery.
When you are booking, if you would like to pick up the campervan after-hours, please contact DriveNow and speak to one of our dedicated customer-service staff. It may be possible to pick-up after hours, but it is completely at the supplier’s discretion.
You will not be able to pick-up the campervan after hours if you have not organised for this at the time of booking. This is because the booking process will take a while to complete. All drivers must be present to sign the rental agreement, provide their driver’s licence, along with completing a vehicle inspection and to have a walk- around demonstration of the vehicle.
If you are running late and you won’t make it to the camper branch until very close to or after closing time, call the campervan branch as soon as possible - the number is listed on your booking confirmation from DriveNow. You may have to pick up your vehicle on the next day. If you are unable to contact the campervan branch, please contact DriveNow so we can notify the campervan provider to keep your reservation and to update your pick-up time for the following day if need be. Please note that there is no refunds for unused days.
If you have to pick -up the vehicle the next day, you will have to make your own accommodation arrangements for the night. You will have to pay for any unexpected costs related to the overnight accommodation.
If you cannot make it on time to the camper pick-up location, make sure you contact the campervan branch, or alternatively DriveNow, if they are not available. If either the camper branch or DriveNow is not contacted, your reservation may be considered a no-show and your booking could be cancelled.
If your flight is delayed and you cannot make it to the branch before closing time, you should contact the branch and let them know. If you cannot get hold of the branch, please call DriveNow so we can notify the campervan provider to keep your reservation.
