If the water pump is not working, check that the pump switch is on. Turn off the water pump if you are not using the water to prevent water built up.

If you want hot water, make sure to turn on the water heater on, it will take a few minutes to heat the water up.
When it comes to the disposing of your waste, it is vital to ensure this is done in a safe and environmentally friendly way. We recommend you dump your black water (contents from the toilet cassette) and the grey water (water from the shower and sink) every 2 or 3 days, most holiday parks have dump stations available to their guests. The wastewater outlet is outside the vehicle, usually mark with a sticker. Please use the bucket provided with the vehicle and place it under the outlet. Keep an eye on the bucket, when it is getting full empty it in an authorised dump station or grey water drain usually available in most holiday parks. The wastewater from the kitchen and the bathroom run into in the wastewater tank. The wastewater outlet is outside the vehicle, usually mark with a sticker. Please retrieve the waste water hose provided with the motorhome. Some vehicles will have a gauge though it is not always accurate and we recommend to empty the waste water tank every 1-2 days or whenever you get the opportunity. most holiday parks have dump stations available to their guests.
