DriveNow Fees

Our no-fees promise

DriveNow charges no booking, administration or cancellation fees of its own. You can book your campervan through us without paying a DriveNow booking or service fee.

What DriveNow does not charge

• Booking fees: we don't add a fee for making your booking.
• Administration fees: we don't charge an administration fee to amend your booking.
• Cancellation fees: we don't add our own fee if you cancel.

The rental company's charges and the rental price still apply. A change to your dates, vehicle or route can change the rental price. Our making changes guide explains how to request an amendment and confirm any change in cost.

Rental company cancellation fees

Each rental company sets its own cancellation fees. They depend on how far ahead of pick-up you cancel and can vary between seasons. Before booking, you can find them under "View Excess/Bond & Quote Details", then "Cancellation fees", on Step 2 of the booking page. After booking, they are in your confirmation.

Your rental price and other charges

Our no-fees promise covers DriveNow's own fees. Your quote and the rental company's terms explain the hire cost, any extras and charges that apply to your booking. Our pricing guide helps you compare the full cost.
