Reasons to Book With DriveNow

Visitors to New Zealand who want to travel with a bit of class will want to have a look at the latest vehicle in Hertz's lineup.

The global car rental company has added the latest BMW 320i model to its New Zealand fleet, according to an August 12 news release.

The move is another step forward in the brand's commitment to providing a diverse range of car hire choices to its customer base, and the new BMWs will be welcome additions to the Hertz Prestige collection.

"We are pleased to now offer customers the chance to drive the BMW 3 Series sedan, the most fuel efficient and best performing model in its competitive class," said Michel Taride, group president of Hertz International.

"The extension of the Prestige Collection into New Zealand builds on our huge success of this range of sophisticated, luxurious vehicles in the US and Europe."

Mark Righton, country manager of Hertz New Zealand, was also excited about the arrival of the cars.

He said that the introduction of the BMWs "highlights our dedication to providing customers with a broad rental offering and value for money", adding that the company would consider offering the vehicle in other cities around the country, based on the performance of the trial run in Auckland.

Hertz is one of the world's leading car rental providers, operating through the Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty brands, with 43 locations across New Zealand.

The stylish BMW 3 Series sedan will be available in two Auckland locations - at the airport and also at Victoria Street Downtown - so if you're looking for an Auckland car hire with a bit of class, head to one of those branches now!
