Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster

Shinju Matsuri

Shinju Matsuri is ‘the festival of the pearl’ and offers nine days of incredible arts, food and culture. It celebrates the four diverse cultures which have come together in Broome over the past 100 years for pearls: Chinese, Malaysian, Japanese and Indigenous Australian. One of the highlight events is the Floating Lantern Matsuri, where you can write your message and send it out to sea in a floating lantern. It’s a great photo opportunity!
