KEA Campers Rental Change and Cancellation Policy




If you need to change or cancel your KEA Campers please contact the DriveNow Reservations team on 1300 547 214 or (+61) 3 9809 0084 or via email at savemore @drivenow.com.au.

We will organise and confirm the change or cancellation of your booking with KEA before close of business on the next business day and advise you via email of that cancellation and any fees that may be applicable per KEA's conditions.

Please note that cancellation of your KEA Campers Booking is not confirmed until notification has been received from DriveNow. Contacting us by phone is the best way to ensure a booking is cancelled as quickly as possible. With any Booking amendment, DriveNow will make every effort to effect the change however it will be subject to KEA Campers' terms and conditions and vehicle availability.


  • 25+ days prior to pick up - no fee

  • 7-24 days prior to pick up 25% (minimum AU$500)

  • Less than 7 days prior to pickup 50%

  • On day of pick up or no show 100%

  • No refund available for unused days (ie if vehicle is picked up late or returned early)

Booking Changes


The following KEA conditions apply to booking amendments:

  • If rental dates are amended within 14 days of vehicle pick up, no refund will be made if the hire is shortened.

  • If the pick up or drop off rental location is amended within 14 days of vehicle pick up, a relocation fee may apply.

  • Changes to the drop off rental location after the rental has commenced must be approved by KEA. If approved a minimum charge of AU$ 750 applies.

  • Any rental extension, whilst on hire, must be approved by KEA. The extra cost must be paid on confirmation.
