Backpacker Campervan Rentals Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your campervan booking the following policies apply with Backpacker Campervan Rentals. Please contact the DriveNow Reservations team on +61 3 9095 7460 or via email at savemore @drivenow.com.au. We will organise and confirm the cancellation of your booking with Backpacker before close of business on the next business day and advise you via email of that cancellation and any fees that may be applicable.

Please note that cancellation of your Backpacker Campervan Booking is not confirmed until notification has been received from the DriveNow Reservations team. Contacting us by phone is the best way to ensure a booking is cancelled as quickly as possible.

• 7-21 days prior to pick up 20%
  
  
• 1-6 days prior to pickup 50%
  
  
• On day of pick up or no show 100%
  
  
• No refund available for unused days
  
  

Cancellation policies are set and governed by our suppliers and subject to change beyond the control of DriveNow. Whilst every effort is made to ensure we list the current cancellation terms and conditions as they are subject to change beyond our control we will be obliged to apply any modified policies as directed by Backpacker Campervan Rentals.

DriveNow does not retain any monies from cancellation fees.
