Apollo Campervan Rental Change and Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or modify your Apollo campervan holiday the following policies apply. Please contact the DriveNow Reservations team on (+61) 3 9809 0084 or via email at savemore @drivenow.com.au.
We will organise and confirm the requested change or cancellation of your booking with Apollo before close of business on the next (Australian) business day and advise you via email of that modification or cancellation and any fees that may be applicable.
Please note that cancellation of your Apollo Campervan Booking is not confirmed until notification has been received from the DriveNow Reservations team. Contacting us by phone is the best way to ensure a booking is cancelled as quickly as possible.
Booking Change and Cancellation policies are set and governed by our suppliers and subject to change beyond the control of DriveNow. Whilst every effort is made to ensure we list the current cancellation terms and conditions as they are subject to change beyond our control we will be obliged to apply any modified policies as directed by Apollo.
Please note that DriveNow does not retain any monies from Supplier cancellation fees.
April 2009 - March 2010
- 25+ days prior to pick up - $250
- 7-24 days prior to pick up 20% with a minimum of $250
- Less than 7 days prior to pickup 50%
- On day of pick up or no show 100%
- No refund available for unused days
If you wish to make any changes to your booking the booking will be calculated by using either the original rate or the current rate, depending on whichever rate is higher. The following situations are classified as booking alterations:
- Change of date for vehicle pick-up or drop-off
- Change of location (depot) for vehicle pick-up or drop-off
- Change of vehicle category
- Name change
If you decide to extend your rental duration (changing the drop-off date) by 2 days the same rate is used that applied on the day when you made your original booking. If you extend by 3 days or more, the booking change rule applies as outlined above.
If an amendment is made to the rental dates within 14 days of collection, no refund will be made if the length of hire is shortened (that is, the rental will be charged at the number of days originally booked). A relocation fee may apply if the collection or return location is amended within 14 days of vehicle pick up or if notification occurs during the hire.
