In the unlikely event of something going wrong whilst you're on the road KEA operate a 8.00am-8.00pm nationwide Backup Service (1800 252 556) to get you back on track as soon as possible.

A word on insurance excess reduction options.

The peace of mind in knowing that you are fully covered with no excess fees goes a long way to offset the cost of taking these options. Drivenow does not receive commission or payment on any individual excess insurance options that are taken, we do however, highly recommend that they are considered. Additionally the vehicle security deposit which is debited from the hirer's card at pick-up is reduced depending upon the Excess Reduction Option taken.
