Stuart Medland
Role: Customer Service Manager
Stuart brings over 20 years travel industry experience to his role, previously at Captain's Choice Tours. Stuart’s focus is always the customers experience. He manages our Reservations Department & Customer Service Team.
Julie
Role: Customer Loyalty and Retention Manager
Julie is DriveNow’s conduit between customer and supplier. Her strong relationships with our suppliers and her background in corporate and customer experience programs brings valuable experience our business. Julie was born in France and is a keen Campervan traveller. She knows what it's like to be a customer and has years of experience to ensure happy travels for all our clients.
Shelley Richardson
Role: Alliance and Relationship Development Manager
Shelley has a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Community Recreation. She began her passion with travel working for Ansett Airlines. She further enhanced her experience working for Australian Pacific Touring and Scenic Tours. She has a strong background in Customer relationship building and has worked extensively with direct consumers, travel agents and wholesalers in the UK, European and domestic travel markets.
After taking time out to raise her family Shelley returned to bring her skills to the DriveNow team.

How to Modify or Cancel a Booking
We understand your travel plans may change, so we at DriveNow do not charge any fees should you need to change or cancel your booking. However, in some instances the rental vehicle company may charge a fee which we would be obliged to pass on. The following policies currently apply:
- Car Rental - None of our Car partners charge a fee for booking changes or cancellations prior to vehicle pick-up. Please be aware that a change of dates may result in a different daily rate being provided.
- Campervan Rental - Fees may be charged for booking changes and cancellations, but generally only once you have paid for your booking (i.e less than 6 weeks before you pick-up your vehicle). This is governed by our Terms and Conditions, however please refer to individual supplier's Terms and Conditions if you require more specific details.
