Our Campervan Price Guarantee is a promise to you as a valued customer and a statement of our confidence to bring you the best value campervan and motorhome rental with our suppliers in Australia and New Zealand.

DriveNow will match any genuine price subject to availability for an Australian and New Zealand based business and website. Yes, that even includes our supplier's own websites! In addition we will give you a bonus discount equal to DOUBLE the difference between our price and the price you have been quoted.

What will DriveNow beat?

We will match any available* rate offered by an Australian or New Zealand website and registered business for campervan and motorhome travel within Australia and New Zealand.

How much will we beat the other offer?

We will give you a discount on the rental cost equal to double the difference between the price on our site and the price you have been quoted.

For Example:

If the price on our site is $1600, and the price you are quoted is $1400.

DriveNow will charge you $1200 for the rental ($1600 less DOUBLE the price difference) ($1600 - $1400 = $200 X 2 = $400).

The vehicle rental cost excludes any items that are shown on our website as being paid by you on collection of your vehicle (eg one-way fees, remote locations fees, tables, chairs etc).

Are there any conditions?

As with an Guarantee there are some conditions to this offer that are fair to both you and us, as follows, and all of which apply to any claim:

• The competing booking or quote details must match your DriveNow booking including supplier, vehicle model, pick-up and drop-off location, dates & time.
• The reservation must be made and completed with DriveNow.
• DriveNow will match any ‘available’ rate offered by an Australian or New Zealand website and registered business for campervan and motorhome travel within Australia and New Zealand. ‘Available’ means that the other website has a genuine offer for the identical same supplier, vehicle, location, dates and purchase conditions in the relevant currency for each country, and is genuine and available to be booked within business hours on the day you present it to us.
• As our car hire suppliers' rates can change from hour to hour, your claim to DriveNow must be submitted with a confirmed DriveNow reservation.
• The lowest price guarantee does not apply to any non-internet offers, promotional rates, memberships, offers available to people who hold special discount codes, vouchers or coupons that are not available to the public.
• The lowest price guarantee only applies to the vehicle rental cost. It specifically does not apply to any of the optional items (eg Baby & child seats, excess reduction, age excess, credit card fees, additional driver fees, one way fees, handling & booking fees or a GPS).
• The lowest price guarantee will be valid on the initial quote only, and is non-negotiable beyond our initial offer.
• When processing of lowest price guarantee for car hire, refunds may take up to 4 weeks after lodgement or from completion of the rental, as payment is required at the time of pick-up.

Due to the fact that some web sites have technical errors showing rates that are not correct, DriveNow reserves the right to refuse any price match request.

• If DriveNow can access the ‘special rate’ used in the quote, we reserve the right to price match your quote. The lowest price guarantee will not apply in cases where there are genuine errors or mistakes.  However, should this be the case, DriveNow would be delighted to offer a 10% discount off the correct price.

• Email us at savemore@drivenow.com.au with the following details:
• Your DriveNow booking number or Confirmation email
• The Supplier's booking number OR the confirmation details you have received from the other website where you completed your booking.
